It isn't an "installation": with that setup we build and tune your operation until it's selling — integrations with your catalog or ERP, assistant calibration, and the first month of tuning against your real conversations. Think of it as a one-time entry fee that leaves you a ready operation and a fair monthly fee. (For builds with ERP + payments the setup is S/990.)

On OPERA the service pauses and we reactivate it whenever you want — no penalties. On CONECTA the system is yours: if you skip the annual renewal you lose OyeIA support and the panel, but your server, number and data are still yours.
